General Hospital Thursday, March 5 Recap: Baby Jane Doe’s Visitors, Josslyn Confesses Murders, Carly Has 24 Hours
General Hospital (GH) recap for Thursday, March 5, reveals that Baby Jane Doe had two important people looking out for her while Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) made a fatal admission regarding Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) also found herself facing a strict deadline, so here’s how all Thursday’s action played out.
In the attic, Josslyn roughed Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) up a bit before restraining him.
Joss turned her gun on Carly when she walked in, so Carly wondered if she was going to shoot her own mother.
After Josslyn realized Carly knew Valentin was there, Carly admitted she’d been hiding him since he’d escaped.
Josslyn demanded to know why, so Carly confessed this was about getting her out of the WSB.
Once Josslyn ordered Carly downstairs with her, they continued their faceoff in the kitchen.
Josslyn was furious with Carly for risking prison to team up with Valentin and try to intervene in her career.
Since Carly confessed to knowing about Josslyn’s WSB status for months, Josslyn realized Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) spilled the beans.
Carly didn’t appreciate all Josslyn’s lies, but Josslyn made it clear that it was part of the job.
Josslyn ultimately came clean about hunting Cyrus down thanks to Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) test and killing Cyrus when he tried to kill her first.
Joss also acknowledged she’d killed again since then and acted like it came with the territory.
Carly didn’t get why Josslyn still wanted this life since she’d already made Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) killer pay.
Josslyn eventually blurted out that this was about bringing down Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and everyone like him.
After Josslyn raged over all the destruction and loss Sonny had caused, she refused to wait around anymore for Carly to have an epiphany.
Carly wouldn’t join in the Sonny bashing, so Josslyn gave her 24 hours to get Valentin out of there and took off.
In the attic, Valentin got free from the cord Josslyn used to tie him up.
Once Valentin packed his duffel bag, he came downstairs and touched Carly’s shoulder.
Carly shared an emotional look with Valentin once she turned around.
In the apartment above Charlie’s Pub, Sonny and ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) shared a bottle of scotch following their off-screen bedroom passion.
Sonny and Justine established that it was too risky to continue these encounters, but they were glad to have scratched that itch.
Although Sonny and Justine acted like they were ready to put their mutual attraction behind them, their flirty expressions and body language told a different story.
At Corinthos Coffee, Brennan grilled Jason about his recent meeting with Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and tried to play the protective Josslyn card.
Brennan also mentioned that he was the one to make the FBI’s recorded evidence against Carly go away.
Jason finally admitted Cullum’s questions were about Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), the Five Poppies and his connection to her.
Once Jason got a coded text from Britt, he texted back a coded message of his own and tried to steer her away from meeting with him.
Britt came looking for Jason anyway, but Brennan was gone by then.
Since Britt was distraught over losing a patient, she spilled that news to Jason and got his comfort.
At GH, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) was frustrated as she tried to fill out paperwork related to Delilah (Lily Cardone) and her baby since she didn’t have much info to offer.
Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) found Brook Lynn and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), so he let them know he spotted an expensive handbag near where Delilah was found.
It didn’t have any identifying info in it, but Nathan rattled off a list of ways the cops would try to figure out who Delilah was and locate her relatives.
Nathan remained suspicious of Delilah’s ordeal, but Chase and Brook Lynn didn’t think she’d been mugged.
Brook Lynn was upset over Delilah’s daughter being Baby Jane Doe in the meantime, so Chase asked what his wife would name her.
After Brook Lynn said she’d have to see the baby first, Chase suggested they should go take a peek.
Chase and Brook Lynn gazed in at Baby Jane Doe through the NICU window soon after.
Once Chase assured Brook Lynn that they’d find Delilah’s family, he insisted the baby would have them until then.
Meanwhile, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) confronted Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) after watching her kiss Nathan.
Lulu confirmed this wasn’t going on seven years ago and that if Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) had chosen Nathan upon her coma awakening, she wouldn’t be sneaking around with him.
Although Maxie picked Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), Felicia still felt like Lulu and Nathan’s budding romance was going to be painful.
Felicia learned Lulu was going to come clean to Maxie soon, but she doubted it was possible for Lulu to have both her best friend and her best friend’s husband.
Nathan eventually met back up with Lulu and found out that Felicia saw them together earlier.
Lulu was still committed to moving forward with this romance and telling Maxie the truth, but she seemed worried about losing her BFF.
General Hospital spoilers say Lulu is on the verge of making a big admission, so stay tuned.
