The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) has had enough of Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) after learning he’s released from jail. How is that justice?

At one point Nick had Matt ziptied in his trunk until he was caught before he could take him to his final destination … wherever that was.

Is Nick Ready for Vengeance?

In the past Nick vowed that Matt deserved prison or a grave. Clearly neither has happened.

Y&R spoilers for the week of February 23-27 show that Matt’s freedom pushes Nick’s anger over the edge. He is furious that the evil doer could continue stalking the Newmans and appear at the Newman ranch.

However, spoilers indicate that Matt could actually wind up in Las Vegas with Nick hot on his trail.

Nick Does Vegas?

In fact, his brother Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) could partner with Nick in a push to rid the family once and for all of the menace.

However this plot moves forward, do you think this will be the last time Matt tortures Nick et al? We have to concede that everyone thought in the past that Matt was out of their lives.

He died after all. That didn’t stop him from rebuilding a new life in LA which is where he tried to kill Noah Newman (Lucas Adams).

In other words, Nick, emboldened by the courage of painkillers, could take matters into his own hands.

Will Nick Eliminate Matt?

In Nick’s mind, he may fear that Matt goes after Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) or Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) since he has nothing to lose.

Let’s not forget that an arrogant Matt taunted Nick by saying he wasn’t capable of killing him.
That may have been true of the old Nick, but he’s got a strong chemical in his system that could override his logic.

What Happens Next on Y&R?

Tell us Y&R fans, do you feel as if this time around something is different in the decades old conflict between Matt and the Newmans? Is Matt Clark’s time on earth coming to an end—and if so, who will do the dirty deed?

It is tantalizing that that the show is pairing Adam with Nick on his hunt for Matt. Does this mean that unscrupulous Adam nudges choir boy Nick into an illegal and final solution to the Matt Clark problem?
