Sister Wives: Robyn Brown Offers First Shoutout of New Season
Robyn Brown stays tucked away between seasons. But as soon as a new season of Sister Wives begins, she seems to make a minimal effort to entice viewers to the show. Since the new season starts tonight, Sunday, February 14, Robyn Brown was due at any time now.
To say she makes a minimal effort to engage an audience is an understatement today. Case in point, today’s blurb from the youngest bride is just the Sister Wives promo picture she put out there for fans.
If you didn’t see the person who posted it, you’d never know it was Robyn Brown because she didn’t offer a word to her followers. Just the promo.

<h2>The Silent Treatment</h2>
<p>While it’s not known for sure if engaging with potential viewers on social media is part of their TLC contract or not, many veteran watchers assume it is. That’s because two of the <em>Sister Wives</em> spouses offer the silent treatment until a season rolls out with all-new episodes.</p>
<p>Meri, Janelle, and Christine Brown became very active with their fans in between the seasons. But Kody and Robyn Brown do not. So their first communication of the season is usually a big deal.</p>
<p>Since Robyn Brown and her shared husband communicate when the show is running, fans have their own theories. They assume they fulfill their contract with TLC by doing so.</p>
<p>That isn’t the case this time around, as Robyn didn’t share so much as one word of her own. But her followers let her know their thoughts on that.</p>
<p><em>Sister Wives</em> veteran viewers don’t miss a trick. One astute follower of this family simply comments “she speaks” after the promo Robyn put out for the fans. She doesn’t traditionally answer the questions. But it doesn’t stop people from leaving comments.</p>
<p>There’s probably a good reason that Robyn Brown and her shared hubby stay away from fan communication. These two seem to collect some hurtful and nasty comments when they were frequent communicators with their followers in the past.</p>
<p>But with TLC rolling out the new <em>Sister Wives</em> episode tonight, Robyn and hubby Kody Brown might be obligated to virtually rub elbows with their fans. During the episodes, one or more of the ladies in this plural marriage usually go-live on social media narrating and answering questions.</p>
<p>For tonight’s first episode, it’s Janelle Brown who invited <em>Sister Wives</em> enthusiasts to join her in this.</p>
