Despite Eric’s initial enthusiasm, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) has made his experience at Logan more challenging.

Things aren’t working out like Eric planned since he’s stressed to the max, so Donna Logan Forrester (Jennifer Gareis) is pushing him to back out.

Of course, the decision may soon be out of Eric’s hands due to his declining health.

After a major medical crisis, Eric may not be able to stick with Logan and see this project through to the end.

Katie will surely understand that Eric’s well-being has to come first, but that doesn’t mean she’ll want to give up on her fashion house dreams.

The news about Eric being their lead designer hasn’t gone public, so there’s still time to shift gears and head in a new direction.

Katie previously hinted to Deke about an opportunity at Logan, but he was afraid to get too excited about it.

Deke is probably thinking he was right to lower his expectations since Katie seemingly didn’t reach out again to follow up on their chat.

However, B&B spoilers suggest Katie may have to rethink things once Eric’s departure leaves her in a bind.

Deke obviously doesn’t have years in the industry under his belt like Eric does, but he’s got plenty of talent and a fresh vision when it comes to fashion.

Could Deke get the chance of a lifetime and step in following Eric’s Logan exit? Will Deke prove he’s got what it takes to be a huge success in this business?

Deke is glad Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) was willing to give him a job at Il Giardino, but waiting tables can’t compete with the designs he desperately wants to create.

Since Deke got the boot at Forrester Creations following Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) return, maybe it’s time for his luck to turn around.

Eric’s departure at Logan could be what allows Deke to step up and make a name for himself in the fashion world.
