The Bold and the Beautiful Monday, February 16 Recap: Bill Rages Over Logan Launch Delay – Eric’s Doctor Tips Off Ridge

At Forrester Creations, Ridge spoke to Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) after his annual physical.

Eric has the same doctor and had a checkup of his own not too long ago, so the doc voiced concerns to Ridge about his dad’s stress levels.

Ridge didn’t understand why Eric was so stressed since he was supposed to be retired and enjoying himself.

Donna Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) came along and got updates, so she hinted about Eric focusing on a different future and left Ridge puzzled.

In Bill’s office, he pushed Eric to give him a ballpark on when the first collection would be ready.

Eric didn’t want to rush perfection, but Bill was clearly ready to get the show on the road.

A couple of models came in modeling Eric’s new designs, but he declared they were all wrong.

Eric complained about things like the visible clasp and the silk not being the specific kind he requested.

Bill argued that he got a similar silk since they couldn’t go to all the same vendors Eric used at Forrester.

If they did that, someone might figure out Eric’s Logan designer status and leak it.

Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) pointed out that although their employees had signed NDAs, the same couldn’t be said of their vendors.

Eric refused to compromise the quality of his designs and insisted they’d have to delay the launch, but Bill fired back that it wasn’t happening.

Once Donna arrived and saw that Eric was upset, she learned about the drama with the dresses and worried about the pressure Eric was under.

In a moment alone, Bill warned Katie about how long it’d take to break even on this fashion house and insisted it’d ruin everything if Eric bailed on them.

Katie was wary of pushing Eric too hard, but Bill was adamant about getting him to deliver.

Although Katie was still committed to Logan, she had to watch over Eric too and was concerned about him keeping this big secret.

Once Donna headed to the Forrester mansion with Eric, she mentioned his doctor blabbing the news about his stress levels.

Eric wanted to prove he still had what it took to succeed and didn’t want Ridge thinking he was right to force him out at Forrester.

It was also nice to get back to designing after being cast aside.

At the same time, Eric didn’t enjoy dealing with Bill and knew he’d be happier at home or at Forrester Creations with Ridge and his grandkids.

As Monday’s B&B episode wrapped up, Donna insisted Eric had to tell Bill and Katie that he couldn’t design for Logan anymore.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Eric’s situation will go from bad to worse later this week, so stay tuned.
