The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Dominic Winters (Bryton James) will have a heartbreaking run-in with Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), so Mama Bear Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) will stay on guard.

During the week of February 16-20, Mariah will be full of remorse over the kidnapping fiasco.

Once Mariah is out on bail and wearing an ankle monitor, she’ll head to the Chancellor mansion so she can apologize to Abby and Devon Winters (Bryton James) in person.

That apology won’t go over very well in Y&R’s February 16 episode, which is also when Abby will make a bold declaration about Dominic.

Abby will make it crystal clear that she doesn’t want Mariah around her son ever again, so that’ll crush Mariah – even if she understands Abby’s reasons why.

Of course, Genoa City isn’t that big of a place, so it’s not surprising that Dominic and Mariah will have an encounter soon.

Abby isn’t going to like it, but it’s to be expected as long as Mariah and Dom are both living in GC.

While Abby’s taking Dominic to the park café, it looks like they’ll stumble upon Mariah having a meeting with her attorney, Christine Blair Romalotti (Lauralee Bell).

Abby may try to hurry Dominic away, but he might spot Mariah and insist on talking to her.

However, Abby will keep a tight hold on Dominic’s hand and watch out for any warning signs that his trauma is being triggered.

Dominic seems all right since he didn’t even realize he was being kidnapped, but it was still a difficult ordeal for him.

This run-in with Mariah will no doubt be a heartbreaking one, especially if Dominic asks why Mariah tried to take him away from his mom and dad.

Mariah may not have a good answer for that, but she’ll surely want to apologize to Dom for what she put him through.

Dominic may admit that Devon and Abby told him that Mariah was sick.

Since Dom is a sweet kid who still cares about Mariah despite his forced road trip, he may express his hope that Mariah’s doctors can make her better.

At some point after this interaction, Abby’s going to put some rules in place for her family’s protection.

Abby might sit Dom down with a hot cocoa out of earshot and warn Mariah that was the last time she’ll ever talk to her son.

Abby will be serious about Mariah having no contact with Dominic, so she may urge Mariah to rush in the opposite direction if she sees him out somewhere.

If Mariah dares to go against the boundaries Abby insists on in the February 20 episode, Abby might consider getting a restraining order.
