The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, February 13, reveal that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will get some stunning news while Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) surprises Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).

Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) will also beg Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun), so some great stuff’s coming up as Y&R celebrates Valentine’s Day.

For starters, Adam will make time for Chelsea despite all the Newman chaos that’s been happening.

Although everything going on with the family business is important, Adam won’t want Chelsea feeling neglected in the love department.

That’s why Adam will deliver a romantic surprise as the week winds down.

Chelsea will get swept off her feet and appreciate the extra attention, so some sweet scenes are on the way.

There have been some hints about a potential engagement for Chelsea and Adam, so a marriage proposal is an option.

However, it’s also possible that Adam will save the popped question for another time.

In Los Angeles, Noah will track Sienna down and beg her not to give up on them.

After Noah admits he couldn’t stay away, he’ll deliver another heartfelt plea for a future with Sienna.

Sienna may protest again since she feels like they come from two totally different worlds.

Although Sienna thinks Noah belongs with his family in Genoa City, he’ll think he belongs wherever Sienna is instead.

Noah will deliver a grand gesture and do whatever he can to prove Sienna is the woman for him.

Back in Genoa City, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will put in some real effort when it comes to patching things up with Sally.

Since Sally hasn’t been too happy with Billy lately, he’ll have to climb out of the doghouse.

Of course, things could get worse depending on Sally’s reaction to Billy’s latest scheme with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).

Billy managed to score Chancellor and even got Phyllis to fold Newman Media into Abbott Communications for Sally.

Since Billy did that without even consulting Sally, that decision may not go over well – at least at first!

Sally may lash out over Billy’s news and leave him scrambling to convince her that she deserves the win.

On the other hand, it’s possible Billy will have second thoughts since he could lose both Sally and his kids over all this.

Will Billy seriously consider backing out of the deal and letting Phyllis keep everything instead?
