The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, January 27, reveals that Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will get a grim warning while Dominic Winters (Ethan Ray Clark) disappears.

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will also use a new strategy as she works to get through to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), so here’s what Y&R fans can expect.

Ian Ward (Ray Wise) is stuck in Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) head and keeps giving her all kinds of bad advice.

Although Ian isn’t really in Mariah’s motel room, these visions have been guiding Mariah down a terrible path anyway.

Mariah will finally surrender to “Ian” and the twisted plan he’s been pushing her toward on Tuesday’s Y&R episode.

We’ll see Mariah get sneaky and go after Dominic, so it won’t be long until he vanishes from the Chancellor property and sparks some panic.

While Mariah targets Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) and Devon Winters’ (Bryton James) son, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be busy targeting Cane’s grown children and former flame.

That’s because Victor thinks Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and the twins could be used as leverage.

Victor would never actually endanger Lily, Mattie Ashby (previously portrayed by Lexie Stevenson) or Charlie Ashby (previously portrayed by Noah Alexander Gerry), but he’ll plan to carry out a charade that makes Cane believe they’re in harm’s way.

As Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) works on tracking Lily, Charlie and Mattie down, Victor will deliver an ominous message to Cane.

It sounds like Victor will drop some hints about going after the people Cane loves most as he tries to rattle him.

Victor will threaten Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) as well, but she won’t be scared of him and won’t think Cane should be either.

Nevertheless, Cane will receive Victor’s grim warning and may grow a little concerned over the tricks Victor has up his sleeve.

Next, Sally will give Billy updates on Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) worsening heart condition, so she’ll share some news she got from Snapper Foster (previously portrayed by David Hasselhoff).

This will give Sally a chance to shift her strategy and push Cane not to rock the boat in Jill’s world.

Will Billy consider backing out of his agreement with Cane due to Jill’s medical woes?

Will Sally encourage Billy to make amends with Jill before her condition declines even further?
