The whole of England are celebrating the Lionesses’ Euro triumph…even the villagers of Emmerdale.

Brits across the nation are buzzing after the England ladies football team lifted the trophy following their triumphant victory over Spain in the finals of the UEFA Women’s Euro 2025.

A specially filmed scene will see Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw) and Mary Goskirk (Louise Jameson) chatting about the result of last nights match.

Evident by the decoration found within the iconic pub – the villagers came together to watch the Lionesses’ make history.

Emmerdale boss Laura Shaw told us: ‘With the nation getting behind the Lionesses, we knew the fictional characters in Emmerdale would’ve been doing just the same.
