The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, January 13, reveals that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will make a vengeful vow while two Newman siblings team up. Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) will also warn Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), so there’ll be a lot happening in Genoa City.

At the Abbott mansion, Diane will hope for positive updates following Jack and Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) trip to negotiate with Victor.

Instead, Jack will confess that the plan to trade Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) took a backseat to some other Newman chaos.

Diane will try to force Jack into a corner with an ultimatum on Tuesday’s episode.

If Diane’s concerned about hostage Matt and what Jack’s going to do next, she may lay down the law with her own plan.

Whatever the case, Jack and Kyle will also speak with Diane about Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) news regarding Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) attack on Newman Enterprises.

There’ll be some talk about the current Newman destruction scheme along with some worries about Phyllis and Cane going after Jabot, too.

Since the Abbotts dangled a deal in front of Phyllis and then yanked it away, there’ll be good reasons to fret over her revenge.

Speaking of revenge, Y&R spoilers say that’ll be on Victor’s mind as he launches a confrontation with Cane and Phyllis.

Since Phyllis and Cane will have no intention of abandoning this Newman takeover, Victor will fume and warn about the payback that’s brewing.

Since some damage control will be necessary, a couple of Newman siblings will join forces on that.

Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will work together as they try to keep Newman’s reputation afloat.

There was a time when Victoria and Adam couldn’t stand each other, but they’ve come a long way!

Victoria and Adam have found common ground, especially when it comes to doing what’s best for the family business.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say the Newmans will need all hands on deck to deal with the crisis that Cane and Phyllis have launched, so stay tuned.
