General Hospital Spoilers: Alexis Ignores Trina & Kai’s Evidence, Defends Willow in Closing Argument as Planned

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will likely ignore Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai Taylor’s (Jens Austin Astrup) evidence. Alexis seems poised to defend Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) in her closing argument as planned.

Kai and Trina debated taking their information to the police, but they ultimately decided against it since they’d have to admit they were at Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) house that night.

That could open the door to all kinds of charges since Trina and Kai broke in, stole blackmail proof from Drew’s safe, fled the scene while Drew was bleeding on the floor and obstructed justice by withholding everything they knew from the cops.

Nevertheless, Kai and Trina are in a tizzy now that they’ve heard Willow’s Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star ringtone for Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver).

Trina and Kai feel confident it was indeed Willow’s phone they heard ringing that night while she was there to shoot Drew.

Since Kai and Trina don’t feel like they can just sit back and do nothing, they’ve decided to take their info to Alexis.

Although Alexis will be shocked over Trina and Kai’s news in the January 12 episode, she may wonder what exactly they expect her to do about this.

Other than a couple missteps here and there, Alexis has pulled off an excellent defense of Willow.

As Willow’s attorney, that’s Alexis’ job – and it’s especially important for her to get it right if she hopes to keep Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) access.

It’s not like Alexis is going to get up in front of the jury and blow the case at the very end.

Kai and Trina can’t ask Alexis to do that, particularly if they want their names kept out of all this.

Alexis may be apologetic about the situation and hate that Willow might get away with her crime, but there’s really nothing she can do here.

Whatever Trina and Kai were hoping to get out of this meeting with Alexis, it probably won’t accomplish much of anything.

In GH’s January 16 episode, Willow will wait for updates on her fate while Alexis offers an explanation for her actions.

Alexis might explain herself to Kai and Trina once she continues to defend Willow to the best of her abilities.

General Hospital spoilers say Willow will probably be acquitted in the end, so stay tuned!
