The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, January 6, reveal that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will likely face a car crash before Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) get some horrible news.

After rescuing Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) and shoving Matt into a car with zip ties on, Nick will lose his grip on the situation in Monday’s show.

Matt will use his zip-tied wrists to strangle Nick while he’s driving, so Nick won’t be able to keep his hands on the wheel.

As a result, there’s a good chance Nick’s going to crash the vehicle.

Perhaps Nick will lose consciousness after hitting his head and find Matt gone by the time he awakens.

Whatever the case, Y&R spoilers say Nikki and Victor will get some alarming updates soon enough.

Nick may have to admit that Matt gave him the slip and disappeared into the night.

Of course, it’s also possible Nick will be seriously injured and get rushed to the hospital.

It just depends on how bad the crash is and where the writers intend to take the story next.

No matter how it all goes down, Matt should have an advantage over the Newmans once again.
