The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, December 23, reveal that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will catch Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) in a close moment while Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) traps Matt Clark aka “Mitch Bacall” (Roger Howarth).

Y&R fans watched as Annie Stewart (Catherine Kresge) whacked Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) from behind and left him unconscious on the ground.

Annie also forced Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) to take a walk with her at gunpoint, so Sienna will be missing on Tuesday’s show.

Noah will get some ice for his head and give Nick as well as Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) updates on what went down.

Although Nick will think Sienna might’ve reunited with Matt willingly, Noah won’t believe that for a second and will chide his father for constantly assuming Sienna is bad news.

Noah’s main concern will be rescuing Sienna, so that could lead to another showdown if he eventually figures out where Annie took her.

As for Nick, he’ll eventually concentrate on the traps he’s been setting for Matt.

Nick will do his best to back Matt into a corner, but that could lead to more danger than he bargained for!

Over with Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland), she’ll have some advice to share with Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters).

Since Diane and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) have been so caught up in the latest round of Newman-Abbott feuding, Traci may think they need to take some time for themselves.

Jack and Diane will indeed enjoy a romantic Christmas Eve in the coming episodes, so Traci’s advice might be the reason why.

In the meantime, Lily will get an eyeful when she stumbles upon Cane and Phyllis in a close moment.

Whether Phyllis and Cane are kissing or just looking way too intense, Lily won’t like what she witnesses.

Cane tried to convince Lily that he’d put Phyllis in the rearview mirror, but she may lash out if he proves that’s not true.
