General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, December 17, reveals that broke Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) will have a new plan while Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) faces major backlash. Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) will also head to court, so here’s what GH fans can expect.

For starters, Brad’s Port Charles homecoming is on the way.

It turns out Brad blew through the $1 million payoff from Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) awfully fast, so now he’ll need another source of income.

That may be why Brad’s going to pay a visit to Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) hospital room soon enough.

Brad may resort to blackmailing Portia again – whether it be for cash or to get his job at GH back.

Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) may come along and kick Brad out for irritating the patient.

Although Isaiah will show no fear, Portia will push Isaiah to change his tune and may admit Brad’s a bigger threat than he seems to be.

Nevertheless, Isaiah will continue to support Portia and will have an offer for her to mull over.

In the meantime, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will blow up at Britt over her past mistakes and do her best to shield Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) from more trouble.

Lulu will hand down a stern warning and leave Britt feeling rather downcast.

Britt wants to be part of Rocco’s life, but it’s clear that Mama Bear Lulu will make that difficult.

After Britt faces Lulu’s backlash, she may face even more from Brad.

Since Britt let Brad believe she was deceased, he may lash out and demand some answers.

At the same time, Brad should be glad to have his BFF back and can’t really judge Britt too harshly considering his own twisted history.

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was able to forgive Britt quickly, so Brad may take a similar approach and get back to gossiping with his bestie before long.

Next, it’ll be time for Willow to head to court.

Since Nina’s counting on Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) to make the evidence against Willow go away, she’ll hint to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) about the proof not being all that solid.

While Carly and Nina face off, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will deliver some important updates to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai Taylor (Sawandi Wilson).

It turns out Curtis will switch up their plans, so Kai and Trina will react to his upcoming news.

As for Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), he’ll get Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliot) reassurance that she’s going to keep quiet about what she witnessed.

Tracy saw Michael outside Drew’s house shortly before she discovered Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) bleeding in his living room.

Michael will rush to his own defense since he swears he didn’t pull the trigger, but Tracy will still think he needs her protection – even if that means lying on the stand.

Of course, Michael and Tracy don’t realize there was someone watching and listening in on their recent discussion at the Quartermaine estate.

There’s a good chance it was Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) who scored a huge secret that could totally demolish Michael’s alibi!

In the courtroom, ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) will be brimming with confidence as she talks to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about the case.

That confidence could take a hit if Nina comes through with information from Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) and results in Brennan getting rid of the evidence against Willow.
