Tarik Myers Lays Down a Sick Beat To Propose to Hazel Cagalitan

90 Day Fiance fans got a kick out of Tarik Myers proposing on a beach in the Philippines. Aspiring rapper Tarik had a hot pink speaker in tow when he proposed to Hazel Cagalitan. Tarik Myers wrote a song for Hazel and blared it on the beach.

Then, he asked for her hand. The song was Far Round The Way Girl. Hazel Cagalitan didn’t seem too impressed. But Hazel later told producers she was surprised and liked Tarik’s song.

Tarik took a knee in the sand on 90 Day Fiance to ask Hazel to marry him – after playing her the tune. It seemed an eternity before Hazel answered. Hazel asked, “are you sure” before finally saying yes to Tarik. It’s not clear if Tarik Myers officially tied the knot yet with Hazel Cagalitan.

However, Tarik was spotted in the United States with Hazel, filming for TLC, as Soap Dirt reported in August. So it seems Tarik Myers’ beachside tune didn’t hurt his chances with Hazel Cagalitan on 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days.
