Jasmine Pineda was against signing a prenuptial agreement. The TLC star told Gino Palazzolo that she would not marry him if there was one. She didn’t understand why he would need to protect himself when she wasn’t going after his money. She felt that after two years of being together, he would know that is not the type of person she is.

However, Gino eventually agrees to drop the prenup. Yet, the 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days cast member feels they must work on another problem. He tells his future wife that she needs to work on not saying “such painful things all the time.” But she feels she is only fighting to be the most important person in his life.
Gino explains to Jasmine that he has always loved her. Even if there is a prenup or no prenup, that won’t change for him. And that makes her happy.
Jasmine Asks Gino for a Will
Jasmine admits that if Gino was going to insist they get a prenup, she was willing to sign one. So, she is thankful that she shut her mouth and didn’t say anything and let him talk first. But, now she has a request for him.
The 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days castmate asks if he would consider having a will. He thinks she is kidding and doesn’t know what to say. She explains that if he dies, she will be alone in America.

The TLC celeb doesn’t know where that idea came from. He thought the prenup was the worst part of their discussion about finances. But now he feels that they have many other issues to work out.
