Despite dealing with a global pandemic, David and Annie decided to go to another country. They both had the virus and have recovered. However, fans weren’t happy that they would go on a non-essential trip during a virus outbreak that has claimed many lives.

Many 90 Day Fiance viewers got upset that Annie Suwan used having “antibodies” and having a “tough year” to justify her and David Toborowsky going away on a beach vacation. One fan said that “antibodies aren’t an excuse to travel” to a country that has no choice but to have “irresponsible tourists from a richer country” visit. According to another fan, having antibodies still means you can pass on the virus to others.
