90 Day Fiance star Varya Malina recently called the police for help. But, because she didn’t know the law, she was actually the one trespassing.
Varya was recently face-to-face with what she thought was a suspicious person. She didn’t know what to do. Soap Dirt has the details on how she found out she was the one that might be in trouble.
90 Day Fiance: Varya Malina Faces Suspicious Guest
Varya Malina came to the United States to be with Geoffrey Paschel. However, Geoffrey is now in jail. So, Varya has taken on many of his responsibilities, while he’s behind bars.
Geoffrey made a living in real estate. H’s rental properties are now handled by his 90 Day Fiance girlfriend, Varya.
Recently, she went to one of their rental properties to clean it up. The last tenant had moved out. But, she quickly found out that the home was not empty.

The 90 Day Fiance celebrity was that the front door was open. And, there was a van she didn’t recognize in the driveway.
Instead of calling the police right away, Varya decided to investigate. So, she walked in and asked if anyone was in there. She saw a stranger, that wasn’t the tenant, going through items in the home.
According to Varya Malina, this man told her that he was there to help the tenant move out. But, he didn’t stick around for long and eventually went to his van. However, the 90 Day Fiance castmate noticed that he didn’t take any of the stuff out with him. So, she thought she better call for help instead of handling it on her own.
Varya Calls Cops – Finds Out She’s Trespassing
Varya Malina then called the cops and blocked the man’s van in the driveway. However, the 90 Day Fiance celeb said that the strange man wasn’t in any rush to leave. When the cops showed up, she found out that the mystery man was her tenant’s father. But that wasn’t the only thing the TLC celeb found out.

<p>The <em>90 Day Fiance</em> TLC celeb was also told that she was the one who was trespassing.</p>
<p>According to Varya Malina, the police told her that the eviction notice was less than a month old. The tenant technically still had time to move out.</p>
<p>And, if they didn’t move out in time, she would still have to go to court to get them evicted. She said that only with a court ruling would she be able to enter the home.</p>

90 Day Fiance Celeb Gets Help from Geoffrey Paschel
Varya Malina didn’t know how to handle the situation. The 90 Day Fiance star felt “so confused.” But, lucky for her, Geoffrey Paschel called her (from jail).
She had Geoffrey talk to the police and the mystery man. She was thankful that Geoffrey was able to help out the best he could without being there.
In the end, Varya Malina was able to settle everything and figure out what their next move should be. According to the 90 Day Fiance cast member, all of the tenant’s belongings will be out by the end of the week. And, if it’s not, the tenant will face “legal consequences.” Surely, Varya doesn’t want to have to call the police again.
