90 Day Fiance: The Other Way fans see Steven Johnston sing off-key to propose to Alina and she agrees to the musically challenged proposal. Jenny Slatten suffers from gastric distress while Sumit Singh‘s folks think she’s lying. Kenneth Niedermeier wants to say I do at sunset but Armando Rubio shrugs it off. Ariela Weinberg tells Biniyam Shibre he’s a disgrace. Steven Johnston Proposes with a Song on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way

Steven Johnston is trying everything to regain Alina’s trust on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. He finally agrees to delete all his social media after Alina set him up to flirt with a friend. He doesn’t think his flirty messages to other women mean much. But to please Alina, he hits delete. And then takes her out for ice cream after awkwardly hiding a book under his shirt, then in a backpack.

Steven buys street flowers and a double cone for Alina. And then pulls out the book. It’s actually the Book of Mormon, but it has a flowery pink book cover. Also, he’s penned a sappy forward in the inside cover. Alina falls for it and forgives him. Steven Johnston is relieved and begins his next steps. He rents a boat with a captain and plans to write a catchy tune to propose while playing piano.

After a dry run proposing to the captain, it’s go time on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. The boat ride is scenic and beautiful. Steven says all the right things and Alina is happy. He sits down and belts out a tone deaf tune and flubs the chorus when he can’t get the word “marry” right. Alina accepts the pitchy proposal in front of a waterfall in spite of of it being off-key.

90 Day Fiance: Jenny Slatten Gets the Runs

It’s been a rough 24 hours for Jenny Slatten. Sumit’s parents moved in and insulted her and her housekeeping as seen at Soap Dirt. And then she ended up with a bout of diarrhea. Sumit Singh informs his parents that Jenny is still in bed due to being up all night running to the toilet. Sumit’s mom, Sadhna Singh, could care less. She says that she could have 5 bouts of diarrhea and still function and make breakfast. She thinks Jenny is lying about feeling sick.

To make matters worse on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, they all storm in on an ailing Jenny Slatten. Sadhna says she should shake it off and do some morning yoga with them. Jenny reluctantly agrees. They shout out instructions and Jenny admits she’s not too limber anymore. Sadhna brags about her yoga ability and suggests she looks much better than Jenny. Maybe there aren’t mirrors in India.

Next up is a sinus cleansing ritual not for the faint of heart. It involves mustard oil squirted up the nostrils. Followed by inserting rubber tubing up your nose and pulling it out from your throat. Sadhna gags and chokes while performing the gross nose flossing. It seems more like a booger exorcism of sorts. After the dad does it there is blood all over the place. Jenny Slatten stands her ground and says no this nasty nostril purge – as any sane person would.

90 Day Fiance: No Sunset Vows for Kenneth Niedermeier

Kenneth Niedermeier and Armando Rubio are busy planning their wedding. The pair have a venue in wine country. It’s beautiful and everything from the vows to the reception will take place outside. Kenny is eager for the exchange of vows to take place at sunset. But the wedding planners quickly shut down the idea. With restrictions still in place, their will be a midnight curfew.

So, they suggest starting earlier for the 90 Day Fiance couple. Armando is quick to agree that it’s fine to do the vows early. Kenneth Niedermeier is clearly disappointed and feels his fiancé didn’t fight harder for the sunset ceremony. Later, Armando Rubio gets word that his dad isn’t coming to the wedding. He calls him up and asks him to please attend. But his dad says no, he’s not comfortable. Armando fears this could end their relationship.

TLC’s Ariela Weinberg Won’t Return to Ethiopia

On 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, it’s surgery day for young Aviel Shibre. The adorable tot heads to the operating room with a smile on his face. And makes it through surgery like a champ. But Ariela Weinberg is not happy with his dad, Biniyam Shibre. He apparently has turned their house into party central in her absence. And turns his phone off while clubbing into the wee hours every night. Her family is concerned and suggests she think twice of going back.

Ariela calls up Biniyam for a somber video chat. She tells him he’s destroyed her and the baby with his reckless ways. And that even his own sister, Wish, sent a text to her about him having other women staying at the house. Biniyam Shibre denies any wrongdoing and tells her she’s bossy. Ariela Weinberg gives him an ultimatum: they move to Kenya for a fresh start. Biniyam waffles and she hangs up him and says she’s done unless he gets his act together.

Ellie Rose Tired of Victor McLean’s Tone

Ellie Rose and Victor McLean have their work cut out for them. A dangerous hurricane destroyed Victor’s town of Providencia. The couple are their trying to salvage what is left of his home. And rebuild the best they can. But tempers and frustrations are running high. Victor is stressed and worried about getting the big things done, while Ellie is worried about dishes and laundry. Victor gets a little annoyed with her and Ellie gets upset.

Later they light a fire and talk about the struggle to rebuild. Victor McLean says he lost so much and even almost lost his life. So, it’s not easy to be perky and nice while dealing with all of it. Ellie Rose suggests she’s done a lot for him – including financially. So he needs to tone down the way he’s talking to her. She’s stressed too and feels unappreciated. They decide to keep on going and try to be more understanding of each other.

90 Day Fiance: The Other Way: Evelin Villegas Throws Corey Rathgeber Bone

Evelin Villegas wanted some space from Corey Rathgeber on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. She’s still pretty salty about his fling while they were “on a break”. And even worse he continued to lie about it. Corey really wants her back and they meet up to talk. She admits that the counseling session they attended helped her to move forward a little bit. Corey is pleased because he did not think it was much help.

He tells her that he wants their old life back. And she offers up a compromise. She suggests he move into the room next door and they can have movie nights. At this point Corey Rathgeber is grateful for anything so he says it’s a great idea. And of course will pay half the rent. They hug and Evelin Villegas tells him she loves him. So it seems there  is hope for these two after all. Till next time!
