90 Day Fiance star David Toborowsky is down 10 pant sizes today, but it hasn’t been an easy journey. His wife Annie Suwan joined in on this fitness journey as well.

David Toborowsky shares his weight loss mindset with the 90 Day Fiance fans today. He realizes it wasn’t a quick weight gain for him. It happened over time.

So, it’s not going to come off quickly either. But shrinking down to 10 sizes in pants is something to be proud of.

He’s doing it the old fashion way. David is not fasting or using anything other than good nutrition and exercise. He works out at the gym and eats stuff that promotes a healthy lifestyle.

His 90 Day Fiance supportive wife is a big help. Annie Suwan is also dropping weight and is down six sizes since she started.

David’s Weight Goal?

Right now, the 53-year-old 90 Day Fiance celebrity doesn’t have a weight goal in mind. David Toborowsky said he’ll know when he reaches a good weight. He’ll be able to tell by feeling comfortable in his skin. Despite dropping all that weight, it wasn’t a perfect journey for David Toborowsky.

He said there’s no such thing as eating only one chip at a Mexican Restaurant. But most of the time, he is eating better.

Instead of a breakfast sandwich with sausage or bacon. He opts for turkey bacon with low-fat cheese. He also said he’s drinking a lot of water. Plus, he substitutes the heavy meals for more salads and wraps.

Annie keeps an eye on David’s eating habits. It seems this 90 Day Fiance bride tries to fall asleep after her husband.

This way he’s not in the refrigerator when she dozes off. She said this as a joke, but she does support him in sticking to his daily routine.

So, it’s safe to say this 90 Day Fiance duo are movers and shakers. And the result of this – both David and his wife Annie are shrinking in size.

Second Journey for This Couple

David is a history professor from Kentucky and Annie Suwan hails from Thailand. The two first appeared on 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days back in 2017 for Season 5.

David said he decided to film his journey of finding love to send an uplifting message. No matter what is going on in life, you can rise above it and find love. The couple made their home in Scottsdale, Arizona once tying the knot.

David and Annie will share another 90 Day Fiance journey this month with their fans. On January 10, TLC airs this special with the couple going back to Thailand. They make the trip to bring Annie’s cousin and brother back to the US.
